Julie Ann Blair is a true Southern Lady. Originally from South Texas she was born and raised near Corpus Christi. Julie was raised to have a strong work ethic and a firm belief in God and was taught to live Philippians 4:13; I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.


Julie left home following her high school graduation to pursue several bachelor degrees from Texas Tech University. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Education.


After college Julie married Trace R Blair whom she met when she was nineteen, and has been married to him for seven wonderful years. Trace and Julie have been blessed with two wonderful, healthy daughters, Serah Kathryn Blair, 5 years old, and Sydney Elizabeth Blair, 2 years old.

Julie and her husband currently live on a ranch with their two daughters in Charlotte, Texas.

Designs by Julie Blair began in August 2006 when my sister, Barbie Lee Mosley (www.Barbieleephoto.com) began her own photography business, and encouraged me to use my creativity to design jewelry! I have always loved and admired beautiful jewelry, and truly have a passion for it. My creations are designed with semi-precious gemstones, Swarovski crystals and sterling silver findings. I knew I wanted my pieces to be high-quality and unique. I am forever grateful for my wonderful family and friends who have supported me entirely! As in Psalm 23:5...my cup runneth over!
